Mt. Kilimanjaro - Highest Mountain in Africa

Kilimanjaro Mountain,
The highest Mountain in Africa zone,
With three Volcanic cones,
Kibo, Mawenzi and Shira are known,
The highest free-standing Mountain in the World well known,

Snow-covered equatorial Mountain,
Standing at 5895 metres above sea level,
It rises in the land of Tanzania,
Welcome to the land of peace,
And see the canopy that is on top of Kilimanjaro,
One of the World's largest Volcanoes,
Welcome to Tanzania,
The Mother of Kilimanjaro Mountain.

Marangu gate,
One of the routes to climb mount Kilimanjaro,
All registrations are done here,
Then a four to five hours walk towards Mandara hut,
Passing through Lush Montane forest.
Nested within Kilimanjaro National Park,
The Lush Montane forest belt goes around the mountain 1300M to 2800M,
In this green region Buffalo, Antelopes, Elephant, Leopards,
And even the endangered Abbot's Duiker (Small Antelope),
Wounder around in this amazing forest.

The beauty of Kilimanjaro Mountain is so blessed with a snow cap,
Beautiful Forest,
Animals and Birds.
At Mandara Hut,
Situated at 2700M (8830ft),
You will spend your night,
In these beautiful shared Alpine-Style huts,
And the following day on your way to Horombo Hut.
The journey to Horombo Hut,
Starts with a steep walk through the edges of the rainy forest,
Towards the beginning of Tussock grasslands,
A 5 to 7 hours walk covering 14km to reach 3720M (12,200ft).
The route to Kibo Hut,
A 6 to 7 hours walk up the valley covering 13km.
Passing last water point to the Saddle.
The last point you'll sleep before the summit,
4703M (15430ft) high.
Just after midnight,
The ascending to the summit starts,
The steepest and most demanding part of the route to Gilman's point,
That ascends to 18,640ft high,
A climb that takes almost 5 hours,
Passing through the beauty of Glacier.
It's the race between you and the Sun rays,
You fighting so hard to reach to the top,
And the Sun responding to it's natural coarse,
The land is almost covered by ice,
The wind chill sometimes makes it so difficult to climb.
At last you reach Gilman's point,
It's quit a relief to reach at this point,
As it's an assurance that the toughest job is over.
Then comes the easy part to reach Uhuru peak,
It takes only 45minutes to be there,
The peak with history of Tanzanian Freedom,
Kilimanjaro Mountain is waiting for you.
